Once an order has been placed for an item you are selling and you have shipped the order, take the following steps to update the status of the order:
*NOTE: In order to initiate payment the status of the order MUST be marked "delivered" please follow instructions below.
1. Login to your account
2. Click on Manage Orders.
3. Click on the the order that needs to be updated.
6. The order details will provide the buyer's information with shipping address and contact information should you need to contact them.
7. Change the status of the order to "Shipped" once you have sent it.
8. Fill in the tracking number and the shipping carrier
9. Click "Submit."
10. Once, item is delivered per your shipping and tracking information. Mark the status as "delivered", once the item is marked delivered you can initiate payment, please ensure your bank details are complete.
As a seller, if the buyer doesn’t file a claim within 72 hours after receiving the item you shipped and you have filled out your bank details, then the money will be released to you via direct deposit or wire transfer minus the percentage kept from Pageant Planet.
