Once you’ve made a sale in the Pageant Planet Shop, you’ll need to add your bank details and initiate your payout.
💡 Payments are processed every Tuesday and Thursday by our finance team.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your Pageant Planet account.
Step 2: Add or Update Your Bank Details
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select Bank Details.
3. Click Edit.
4. Enter or update your bank information.
5. Click Save.
6. Double-check all routing and account numbers for accuracy.
7. Click Close.
⚠️ Please ensure all banking information is correct. Incorrect details may delay your payout.
Step 3: Initiate Your Payout
Go to My Transactions.
Select the transaction you would like to receive payment for.
3. It will ask for confirmation to initiate the transfer.
4. If it's successful, you'll see a success message like the one below.
Important Payment Details
Funds are released after the buyer has had 72 hours to file a claim once the item has been received.
If no claim is filed and your bank details are completed, payment will be sent via direct deposit (ACH) or wire transfer.
We do not send payments via check or Venmo.
Payments are processed every Tuesday and Thursday by our finance team.
Shop Transaction Fees
Pageant Planet does not charge sellers to list products.
There are:
No listing fees
No upfront costs
Fees only deducted after a successful sale
When a product or service is sold, a marketplace fee is deducted from the payout. This fee supports:
Secure payment processing
Buyer & seller protection
Fraud monitoring
Industry-specific traffic to your listing

Expert Seller Fees (Based on Membership)
For Experts (coaches, photographers, designers, trainers, production companies, judges, emcees, retailers, aesthetic providers):
15% – Diamond Members
20% – Rhinestone Members
25% – Glitter Members
25% – Non-advertisers
Higher-tier members keep more of every sale.
Contestant Seller Fees
All Contestant Shop sales:
25% per sale
Important Notes
We do not transfer People’s Choice contest funds to anyone except the pageant director.
International wire transfers may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank.
Troubleshooting Delays
If you have entered your bank details and have not received your payment within four business days, one of the following may be the reason:
The name on the account does not match.
The routing or account number is incorrect and your bank rejected the deposit.
You are an international seller and your bank is processing the wire.
