Follow the steps below to successfully list your item.
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your Pageant Planet account.
Click on My Dashboard.
If you’re new and don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to sign up first.
Step 2: Access the Product Section
If you have not listed any products yet, click Sell.
If you’ve already listed products, click Manage Products.
Then select the product or service you want to create.
Step 3: Complete Your Product Details
Fill out all required fields carefully and completely:
Category
Subcategories
Event (if applicable)
Product Title
Price
Inventory Number
Minimum Inventory
Product Description
Optional but highly recommended:
Add a YouTube link to showcase your product or service.
Upload a PDF with next-step instructions for the buyer (if applicable).
Specify the countries you are willing to sell to.
Upload a high-quality logo or product image.
💡 If your image quality is poor, it may affect sales — clear, professional visuals matter!
If your item was worn at a specific pageant, you can tag it in the field:
“The pageant where this item was worn.”
When finished, click Save to publish your listing.
Step 4: Review Your Listing
After publishing:
Visit the Shop section.
Click Filter → Sort By → Most Recent.
Review your listing to ensure everything looks correct.
Double-check:
Image clarity
Pricing accuracy
Inventory settings
This helps prevent overselling or underselling.
Important Payment & Order Information
No Listing Fees
Pageant Planet does not charge sellers to list products.
There are:
No upfront costs
No listing fees
Fees only applied after a successful sale
Pageant Planet earns when you earn 💕
Transaction Fees
When a product or service is sold, a marketplace fee is deducted from your payout. This covers:
Secure payment processing
Buyer & seller protection
Fraud monitoring
Industry-specific traffic to your listing
Expert Seller Fees (Based on Membership)
For Experts (coaches, photographers, designers, trainers, production companies, judges, emcees, retailers, aesthetic providers):
15% – Diamond Members
20% – Rhinestone Members
25% – Glitter Members
25% – Non-advertisers
Higher-tier members retain more of every sale.
Contestant Seller Fees
All Contestant Shop sales:
25% per sale
Order Processing & Payouts
⚠️ Important: Only ship orders marked “Processing.”
Do not ship orders in “Pending” status.
Funds are held for 72 hours after the buyer receives the package, or until the buyer confirms the item matches the description and images.
Sellers are paid via ACH or wire transfer.
Payment will be issued within 72 business hours after:
Your bank details are entered, and
No dispute is filed by the buyer.
