I'm having trouble opening a digital download

If you're having trouble accessing your digital product, here are a few things to check:

✅ Step 1: Find Your Purchase Email

After your purchase, you should’ve received an email from Pageant Planet with your download link.
Can’t find it?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.

• Search your inbox for “Pageant Planet” or the name of the product.

✅ Step 2: Download the File

Click the link in the email to download your product. All of our digital downloads are delivered as PDF files.

✅ Step 3: Open the PDF

To view the file, you’ll need a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat (free to download).

Q: I clicked the link but nothing happened.
Try right-clicking the link and selecting “Open in new tab” or “Save link as...” to download the file directly.

Q: I downloaded the file, but it won’t open.
Make sure you're using a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat. Sometimes browsers or devices don’t open PDFs properly without one.
