Please email questions about orders that have already been placed to email@example.com! If you have already received your order and have an issue, you can file a dispute.
After the item has been issued “delivered” by the seller, you will have an option to open a dispute for 3 days against each product you have ordered from the website.
Please note that if you purchased 3 different items the 3 day timer will start as each individual item is marked as “Delivered”.
To file a dispute:
1. Login to your dashboard
2. Click on "Manage Orders" and select the order you want to dispute
3. Select the subject of the dispute based on one of these options:
* Product not received
* Defective product received
* Different product received
After an option is selected, a text box to add a description for disputing the item will show up.
After submission of the dispute the status of the product will be updated to "Disputed" and emails will be sent to the seller who will have an opportunity to refute the dispute.
Note: If you are filing a chargeback, then you have to pay all chargeback related fees before you can continue to use any of our services.
