Is there a fee to sell on Pageant Planet?
Itâs free to list your items! We only take a commission when your item sells. No upfront costs or hidden fees.
How much do I get for the dress Iâve sold?
After the buyer receives your dress and confirms everything is in order, we deposit your earnings (minus 10-25%) into your Pageant Planet bank. You can withdraw it directly into your checking account any time.
How do I ship a dress Iâve sold?
Once your dress sells, package your item securely in its original condition and ship it. Be sure to mark the item as shipped on Pageant Planet so the buyer will receive the tracking details.
What types of photos should I use for my dress listing?
Use high-quality, well-lit photos of the actual dress. Natural lighting and minimal background distractions work best. If possible, show the dress worn on a person to help buyers visualize the fit. You can also include a retail photo, but make sure it's the exact same style and color.

Can I return dresses bought on Pageant Planet?
All sales are final unless the item received is not as described. If there's a problem, our support team is here to help.
What are your shipping options?
Shipping is built into the cost of the item so there is no extra charge. Also, once the item is shipped the seller will update the status of the item along with the tracking details so you can see when your item will arrive! Most items are shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are only processed if the dress is significantly not as described. You will receive an email once the item has been marked as Delivered. Youâll have 72 hours to dispute the purchase if the item isnât as described. Pageant Planet will investigate and refund your money should the item not be as described. Please note that the seller has also been instructed to take photos of the item before they ship it.
