The amount shown on my card isn't the right amount. What should I do?

Please contact us so we can double-check the amount of your order in our system. If we show the correct amount and your transaction is still in a pending or authorized state on your account, it will correct itself once it finalizes and posts. See this article to learn the difference between authorized and posted transactions. 

There could have been a donation mistake during a people's choice contest. Our system auto-fills the vote amount to the number of votes needed for your contestant to take first place. If you did not change the quantity, you donated the auto-filled amount. If you see that the incorrect amount was donated, please contact us before the contest has been completed.
