How Do Pageant Planet Certifications Work?

At Pageant Planet, our certification programs are designed to help judges, coaches, and directors grow professionally while building trust within the pageant community.

We currently offer the following certifications:

• Pageant Judge Certification
• Pageant Director Certification
• Pageant Coach Certification
• Pageant Emcee Certification

What Happens After I Purchase a Certification?

Once your order is placed, you will get the attachment in your order email or check the file under My Orders section in your Pageant Planet account. You will find the certification link in the file attachment. In case you don't get to see the attachment then contact us at support@pageantplanet.com

Depending on your certification type, you will complete the appropriate course and exam online.

How Long Does It Take to Receive Results?

After completing your certification exam, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review and score your results.

Once your exam has been graded, you will receive an email with your results and next steps.

What Score Do I Need to Pass?

To become officially certified, you must receive a minimum score of 80% on the certification exam.

If you pass:

• You will receive an official congratulations email
• Your certification badge will be added to your Pageant Planet profile
• You will officially join our community of certified professionals

If you do not pass:

• You will receive an email notification regarding your results
• You may contact support for additional guidance or future opportunities

When Will My Certification Badge Appear?

Please allow 48–72 hours for us to place your official Certified Emcee, Judge, Coach, or Director Badge on your Pageant Planet profile.

Important:

• You must have the correct profile type created on Pageant Planet in order for the badge to be applied.
• Example:
  • Judge Certification → Judge Profile
  • Coach Certification → Coach Profile
  • Director Certification → Director/Pageant Profile
  • Emcee Certification →  Emcee Profile

To add a Judge/Emcee/Director/Coach role to your profile:

1. Log in to your Pageant Planet account.
2. From your main dashboard, click your profile photo in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll down to Add a Role.
4. Select Director/Judge/Emcee/Coach.
5. Complete and submit the required information.

Your badge will not be instantly uploaded, you will need to have the correct profile before we can upload the badge. 

You can view your badge under the Awards section of your profile once it has been added.
