For Judges: How to Submit Scores
Step 1: Log In
Log into your Pageant Planet account.
Go to your Dashboard.
Ensure “View your profile as” is set to Judge.
Step 2: Access the Scoresheet
Select “View Scoresheet Tabulation” for the assigned pageant.
You will be directed to the live scoring interface.
Judges also receive an email one hour before the competition with direct access to begin scoring. However, the scoresheet can always be accessed from the Dashboard.
Step 3: Enter Scores
Enter a score for each contestant in each phase (Interview, Evening Gown, Talent, Fun Fashion, etc.).
Scores are entered using the 1–10 scale configured by the director.
Submit scores once complete.
Important:
Scores cannot be edited once submitted. Always review before finalizing.
Optional vs. Non-Optional Phases
If a pageant has:
Non-optional (required) phases — such as Interview, Evening Gown, Fun Fashion
Optional phases — such as National Costume
Judges will not see two separate scoresheets.
Instead, they will toggle within a single scoresheet.
A button appears labeled:
“Non-Optional”
“Optional”
Judges simply switch between these sections to score each category.
This keeps the scoring centralized and eliminates confusion.
