How to create a group and add contestants to a group

Please note: in order to unlock this feature, activate your People's Choice with Pageant Planet.

If you haven't created a group, follow these steps to create a group:

1. Login to Pageant Planet

2. Ensure your view is on "Pageant"

3. Select the Pageant you want to add/edit a group

4. Select the Event you want to add/edit a group

5. Select "Contestants" from the menu

6. Click "Add A Group".

7. Click "Create A Group"

9. Enter Group Name and click "Save"

Please note: You must set up your groups before adding your Contestant To-Do. For step by step details on how to add a Contestant To-Do, visit this help article. 

Follow these steps to add contestants to a group: 

1. Login to Pageant Planet

2. Ensure your view is on "Pageant"

3. Select the Pageant you want to add/edit a group

4. Select the Event you want to add/edit a group

5. Select "Contestants" from the menu

6. Click "Add a Group". Please note: If your screen says, "No Contestants Found!" you will need to click "Add Contestants" before clicking "Add a Group". You cannot add contestants to a group without first adding them to your event.

7. Click the view icon

8. Click "Add Contestants".
