Email us at support@pageantplanet.com to let us know so that we can contact the buyer.
If a vendor does not have an item that was purchased in stock, Pageant Planet will refund the customer their money but will charge the seller the commissioned rate of either 10%, 15%, 20% of the item depending on the vendor's advertising status. Pageant Planet will first charge the credit card on file. If that payment fails, Pageant Planet will take the payment from the vendor's next commissions.
If the seller has two items that they are not able to fulfill on, all of their shop items will be removed and they will be restricted from selling on Pageant Planet.
