How To Find My Username or Password

To reset your password, simply click on the forgot password link.You will be promoted to enter your email address, and then will click the Send Request button. You will receive an email with the next steps. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. 

While our system doesn't have a formal link to request your username, it is included in the reset password email. Go to the forgot password link and enter your email address. You will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password. If you know your password, you don't need to worry about resetting it.
